Hello! I'm the face, hands and chief taste-tester behind T-Cakes Bakehouse.

Established in 2021, T-Cakes is a small independent bakery based in Hampshire, specialising in thick, fudgy brownies, indulgent blondies and all sorts of delicious handmade treats.

What started as a love of baking has grown into a little business built around one simple idea: if you're going to have a treat, make it a really good one.

Handmade bakes, made properly

Every bake is handmade in small batches, using my own tried-and-tested recipes. No mass production, no cutting corners and definitely no boring brownies!

From gooey chocolate brownies and loaded blondies to celebration cakes and seasonal specials, I love experimenting with flavours, creating new combinations and making treats that taste every bit as good as they look.

And because nobody should have to settle for a disappointing brownie, I've developed a range of indulgent plant-based bakes too. All the fudginess, all the flavour, just made a little differently.
